HDEP International’s outsourcing facilities in Manila, Philippines were up for the challenge with the expanded ISO requirements this year.  After the full review, we were once again awarded the latest ISO certification for information security and business continuity – ISO 27001:2013.

With this certification, our customers can be confident that HDEP has the policies, procedures, training and disaster recovery plans in place to safeguard our customers’ data.

The ISO 27001:2013 certification is the most coveted international information security certification and requires a rigorous review and implementation of all policies and procedures at a company.  More about what is required to attain this certification can be found in a previous ISO certification article here.
